Richard has spearheaded the dispute resolution process between consumers and installers for over 20 years. From a construction background, Richard has been actively involved in handling disputes since 1996 which has included onsite mediation at customers’ premises. He has established the rules and code of practice surrounding how an installer should interact with a consumer throughout the buying process. Richard is the Chief Executive of the group of consumer protection schemes which operate in the home improvement, renewable and mobility sectors.
Richard has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. Since 2006 Richard has been involved in the running and operation of the QASSS schemes.
